Your Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of test procedures for protection functions and additional features of multifunctional protection devices
• Selection of suitable test methods and tools for efficient and accurate verification
• Execution of verification tests for protection devices using modern testing technologies
• Application of test automation tools (especially OMICRON) to optimize testing processes and ensure consistent results
• Development and execution of test plans and documentation of results in detailed test reports
• Use of Python to automate and optimize testing procedures
• Execution of manual tests to fully verify protection device functionality
• Release of software versions and related hardware components after successful testing according to customer requirements
• Planning, implementation and continuous improvement of test strategies, test plans and test environments
• Maintenance and further development of test infrastructure and identification of improvement potential in existing processes

Your Profile:

• Completed technical education or degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field
• Knowledge of energy management products and systems
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and applications
• Experience with test automation tools, ideally OMICRON
• Programming skills in Python for test automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with quality management systems
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate across disciplines
• High level of quality awareness and a structured, independent way of working
• Motivation for continuous learning and openness to new technologies
